In Pézenas in Occitanie, six generations later, the adventure continues at the Hotel d'Alfonce. The manufacture of artisanal lemonades, started in 1876 by Jules Aubert, is experiencing a new beginning.

The drinks are therefore AB certified, made from natural extracts and with a lower sugar content than traditional lemonades.
